SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM

Las Puertas is a proud participant of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program during the months that school is in operation.

 

Children need healthy meals to learn. Las Puertas Community School is participating in the National School Lunch Program and/ or the School Breakfast Program. As part of this program, Las Puertas will offer healthy meals every school day at NO COST to the students due to the implementation of the Community Eligibility Provision

 

(CEP)/Provision 2/Provision 3 for school year 2023-2024.

 

Students will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a household application.

 

No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application.

 

If your FAMILY NEEDS MORE HELP find out how to apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs or other assistance benefits by contacting your local assistance office or call 1-855-432-7587.

         Families: The Summer Food Service Program
 

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides free and healthy breakfasts, lunches, snacks and suppers to

youth in Arizona all summer long. Anyone 18 years of age and younger is welcome to eat a meal with their

friends at participating sites throughout the summer.
